Mission: Provide compassionate and dignified end-of-life care for people with terminal illnesses.Hospice of the Rapidan is a nonprofit, community-based medical provider offering a comprehensive program of medical care and social, spiritual and grief support for patients with life-ending illnesses and their families. Services are usually provided in patients’ homes (including nursing homes) and the organization serves patients of any age, religion and race regardless of their ability to pay. Hospice of the Rapidan is certified by Medicare and Medicaid.
