If you have had an accident, recent surgery or are suffering from pain or disability, we are here for you! With 20 years of experience in sports medicine, physical & manual therapy, Anne Williams, M.P.T. and her staff will surpass your expectations. We provide a complete evaluation, hands on techniques such as massage, muscle energy, myofacial release, strain & counterstrain, trigger point management, and pain relief modalities. At MPT, you will find a nurturing environment without judgment of any individual or condition. Other services include: Preventative Maintenance, Spinal Education classes, Stroke Rehabilitation, Therapy exercise equipment, Pilates, Yoga, & dance. Medicare provider, in network with BCBS, & other insurances accepted.
Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 am - 5 pm; occasional Saturdays
